GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation & Workflow Specialist – Dubsado + Zapier Migration Project

Remote | Project-Based | Potential Ongoing Work

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) automation specialist to migrate and rebuild our existing systems from Dubsado and Zapier into our white-label GHL platform (Alvéya).

This is a project-based role with the potential for ongoing work as the platform grows.

Project Overview

We currently use:

• Dubsado for proposals, contracts, and client workflows
• Zapier for onboarding automation and system integrations

We are transitioning these systems into Alvéya (GHL) and are looking for someone who can:

? rebuild workflows
? connect automations
? simplify and optimise the system

What You’ll Be Responsible For

System Migration

• Review existing Dubsado workflows and Zapier automations
• Rebuild workflows inside GoHighLevel
• Replace or replicate Zapier integrations within GHL where possible

Automation & Integration Setup

• Set up triggers, workflows, tags, and pipelines
• Recreate onboarding automations currently handled via Zapier
• Ensure systems communicate correctly (forms, emails, CRM updates)

Proposals & Contracts

• Recreate proposals and contracts inside GHL
• Ensure forms and agreements function smoothly

Client Journey Build

• Map and build the full client journey:
Lead ? Proposal ? Onboarding ? Project ? Completion

• Ensure the experience is seamless for both client and team

System Optimisation

• Identify ways to simplify workflows
• Reduce reliance on Zapier where possible
• Ensure the system is scalable as the business grows

Ideal Candidate

You are:

• highly experienced with GoHighLevel workflows and automation
• confident working with Zapier and integrations
• able to think strategically about system design (not just execution)
• detail-oriented and organised
• experienced with service-based business workflows

Experience migrating from Dubsado, HoneyBook, or similar CRM systems is highly preferred.

Bonus (Not Required)

• Experience with white-label GHL platforms
• Experience with digital agencies or website projects
• Familiarity with onboarding systems and client lifecycle design

Project Scope

This is a full system migration and optimisation project, including:

• workflows
• automations
• Zapier integrations
• proposals
• contracts
• pipelines

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the system build from start to finish.
