We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with real experience in U.S. real estate.
This is not for a generic social media person. You need to understand how the real estate market works in the United States, know how to work with MLS listings, and know how to create content that builds trust, attracts the right audience, and supports lead generation.
You should understand the difference between just posting content and creating content that helps a real estate brand stay relevant, credible, and visible in a competitive market.
What we need:
We’re looking for someone who can support content creation and social media management for a real estate brand, including:
Creating and organizing social media content for Instagram and other platforms
Writing captions and post copy related to listings, buyer and seller education, market insights, and brand positioning
Turning MLS listings into clean, engaging, marketable social media content
Understanding how to present properties in a way that feels strategic, polished, and appealing
Planning content that builds trust and helps generate inbound leads
Supporting a consistent brand presence across social platforms
To be a fit, you should have:
Experience working with real estate businesses in the United States
Experience using or working with MLS listings
Understanding of U.S. real estate terminology, processes, and audience behavior
Experience creating social media content for real estate agents, brokers, teams, or brokerages
Strong copywriting and content planning skills
Ability to create content that is not generic, outdated, or overly salesy
You likely understand:
how to market listings properly
how to speak to buyers, sellers, and investors
how to use social media to build trust, not just push listings
what kind of content performs in real estate
how to make real estate content feel polished, relevant, and aligned with the brand
Not a fit if:
You have never worked in U.S. real estate
You do not know what MLS is or how listings are used in content
Your experience is mostly with general lifestyle brands
Your content feels templated or generic
You need heavy direction on how real estate content should work
