We are hiring a FULL-TIME Graphic Designer with professional-level experience across multiple platforms. This is not an entry-level Canva operator role. We are looking for someone who understands design principles, branding, typography, composition, motion, and marketing psychology.

You must be capable of producing agency-level creative work for digital advertising, eCommerce brands, social media, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.

This role has long-term growth potential and may evolve into a creative leadership position as we scale.

???? Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Brand Execution

Design high-performing creatives for paid ads (Meta, Google, Amazon)

Create brand-aligned assets for websites, landing pages, and funnels

Develop product graphics, mockups, A+ content, and promotional materials

Produce social media graphics that match platform trends and brand identity

Maintain consistency across multiple brands and campaigns

Motion & Video Design

Edit and enhance marketing videos using professional tools

Create motion graphics, animated text overlays, and promotional video assets

Support short-form and ad content production

Creative Strategy Support

Collaborate with marketing and ads teams to develop conversion-focused visuals

Translate campaign goals into clear visual direction

Iterate designs based on performance data and feedback

Organize creative assets and maintain structured file systems

You must be professionally skilled in:

3+ years professional graphic design experience

Strong understanding of performance marketing visuals
