ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Our organization provides administrative and bookkeeping support to USA businesses, focused on Property management and the allied trades. Our clients don't just need "help"—they need clarity, reliability, and the ability to scale without overhead. We are looking for a strategic Marketing Manager /' Growth expert / potential COO who can connect our offshore expertise with business owners who need to reclaim their time.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be the engine behind our client acquisition. Your mission is to communicate the value of offshore delegation to skeptical or overwhelmed business owners. This isn't about "posting on socials"; it's about building a lead-generation machine and signing up the business, or creating appointments for the onshore team to sign up the clients. The goal is to sign up the first role within 6 weeks of starting, and the target is 50 FTE from the Philippines within 12 months.

That means:

Driving Lead Gen: Identifying and reaching business owners who need 20–40+ hours of weekly support, admin or books, or both. To help you, our USA reference site has 9 offshores from 3 continents, grown from zero 18 months ago. Our owner still work there as the Controller.

Sales Alignment: Ensuring the marketing funnel delivers "ready-to-buy" prospects for you to close. We will help.

Content Strategy: Creating case studies and messaging that highlight the pain points and demonstrating the ROI of offshore bookkeeping and admin.

Market Positioning: Differentiating our high-touch service from low-quality "gig" platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Develop and execute email, SMS, and digital marketing campaigns targeting SMEs (the trades) and property management firms. There is NOTHING there, it's a full new setup.

Develop and execute outreach via LinkedIn, SMS, email marketing, and targeted advertising , creating compelling messaging that addresses the specific "pain points" of bookkeeping and admin, ongoing and perhaps backlog.

Rewrite the website will be an early task.

Create then optimize the conversion funnel from initial awareness to signed contract.

Report on key metrics (CPA, conversion rates, and lead quality) to leadership.

setup the backoffice in full, select and implement systems, diallers, software, etc.

YOU’RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE
Proven Experience: A track record in B2B marketing, specifically for professional services or outsourcing.

Strategic Mindset: You understand how to sell "time" and "peace of mind," not just tasks.

Adaptability: You are comfortable working with online teams and understand the global talent landscape. Obviously, you must be prepared to work graveyard shifts.

Results-Orientation: You prefer being measured by lead quality and revenue rather than just "likes" or "shares.". You have done this before, and are looking for a cultural fit that will lead to early equity stake.

Communication Skills: Exceptional English and a knack for building trust quickly.
