Location: Remote

Salary: $300/month
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help source gaming consoles from online marketplaces such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, and Nextdoor. Tasks revolve primarily in sending messages to potential sellers, inquire about product availability, and assist in identifying good purchasing opportunities. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Sourcing & Messaging
• Search for gaming consoles on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, and Nextdoor
• Send messages to sellers to inquire about product availability and details
• ?Reply to buyers and leads
• Primarily communicate through Facebook Marketplace messaging
• Follow provided scripts when reaching out to sellers
• Identify potential deals and report them to the client
• Maintain organized tracking of contacted sellers and responses

Administrative Support
• Keep sourcing activities organized and updated
• Report promising listings or urgent responses to management

Qualifications
• Knowledge in gaming consoles/ previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Online Researcher is preferred
• Strong written English communication skills
• Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and other online marketplaces is a plus
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
