We are a fast growing digital agency and we are expanding a new division. So we are looking for a committed individual to join our sales team and be a part of our success! This is a long term job opportunity for the right people.

This is NOT customer support. We are hiring a full time "inside Sales Development Representative" (to prospect via telephone). We are actually looking for an AWESOME Sales Professionals that can take on the sales completely to join our team (Mon-Fri US Central time).
This is a FULL time position. You must be 100% employed by us and only us! Your full attention will be needed.

This position requires excellent communications skills via phone and e-mail.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

- Making outbound phone calls to prospective customers (cold call). Know how to pass thru the gatekeeper.
- After some time we will begin to send you our Inbound calls. Work directly with prospects via telephone, and email to describe the service in order to persuade potential target to purchase the service.
- Convert Sales Leads to Sales.
- Call back missed inbound calls.
- Educate inbound prospects on the service offerings.
- Manage all sales prospects in our CRM database, update details where appropriate and add all follow up tasks.
- Passing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Our ideal Sales Superstar would have:

- 1-2+ years of phone sales experience.
- You must be a good listener and understand Customer needs.
- Able to overcome objections.
- Strong problem solving ability and a passion for resolving customer issues.
- Confidence and strong willingness to make outbound telephone calls.
- Our emphasis is on your ability to convert a lead into a sale and you will be rewarded based on your performance and the number of leads you convert to sales. (Superior closing skills).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good organizational skills.

This is right for you if..
- You have excellent english communications skills via phone and e-mail.
- Be able to work U.S.A set hours from Mon-Fri 40h/w (Central time zone)
- Be 100% employed by us and only us! Your full attention, commitment and dedication will be needed.
- You have a reliable computer with a high speed and reliable internet connection with at least 10 mbps (No excuses will be tolerated for missing work!)
- Windows 7 or later
- Must have USB headphones (NO BACKGROUND NOISE OR INTERRUPTIONS DURING CALLING.)
- You've previously had experience in customer service and or sales roles (telesales)
- You are a sales professional that can take on the sale completely.
