Electrical Service Change (ESC) Material Coordinator

Job Title: Electrical Service Change (ESC) Material Coordinator OFFSHORE
NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCED IN SOLAR INDUSTRY US BASED

We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate to support material ordering for Electrical Service Change (ESC) upgrades. This role is responsible for ensuring all required materials are accurately identified, ordered, and delivered on time for each project.
Key Responsibilities:

Review project details in SubHub to determine material requirements for each ESC job
Accurately select and order electrical panels, breakers, wire sizes, and required quantities
Calculate appropriate wire lengths based on project scope and layout
Coordinate with supply houses via email to place orders and confirm material availability
Ensure all materials are ordered in advance to prevent project delays
Maintain clear communication with internal teams regarding material status

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of electrical systems and ESC upgrade requirements
Ability to read and interpret job scopes and project details
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with material ordering or working with supply houses preferred
Familiarity with SubHub or similar project management systems is a plus

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of electrical panels, breakers, and wire sizing
Ability to manage multiple jobs and prioritize effectively
Strong communication and follow-up skills

This role is critical to keeping ESC projects on schedule by ensuring crews have the correct materials when they need them.
