About Us:
We are a live event production company specializing in concerts, corporate events, and private productions. We handle full-scale event production including audio, lighting, LED walls, and staging. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations and communication.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize
• Send invoices and track payments in QuickBooks
• Follow up with clients regarding unpaid invoices and pending projects
• Assist with client communication and scheduling
• Post and schedule social media content (Instagram,
• Turn past event photos and videos into simple posts
• Update website with recent events, photos, and basic information
• Organize files and folders in Google Drive
Requirements:
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar invoicing tools
• Experience managing
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Familiar with Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Sheets
• Basic social media posting experience
• Reliable internet and consistent availability?
Preferred (Not Required):
• Canva or basic graphic design experience
• WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace experience
• CRM or lead tracking experience?
Work Hours:
• 20 hours per week
• Must have at least 2–4 hours overlap with EST (Florida time)
