*** Experienced VA / Project Manager Needed ASAP ***

We are an established company in the Copywriting industry in the United States.

We have worked with many Filipino workers that we really enjoyed. 

We understand the 13th month and other details :)

Our founder needs an extremely detail oriented english VA and Project Manager to join the team:

You will work with the company founder to...

- Monitor Slack 
- Interface with one of our clients daily on slack
- Communicate with 3 Managers
- Submit copy jobs in Airtable
- Write copy with ChatpGPT
- Perform Research Tasks
- Other misc tasks as necessary

I'm looking for someone amazing to work with me for the long term.

If you're looking for the same old, same old then this won't be for you. You'll need to include the word atlas somewhere in your response so that I'll be able to see you understand this brief.

Role Requirements:

- Must enjoy working remotely with MINIMAL hand holding
- Must be a ninja at English written communications
- Good english on phone/meetings
- Must have a lot of experience as a Virtual Assistant to a western company
(USA, Australia, UK, Etc)
- Experience in writing copy
- Experience in interfacing with clients
- Experience with ChatGPT
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once yet complete tasks w/ laser like focus
- Must be a proactive problem solver who finds the solutions rather than asks questions
- Strong attention to detail and superb time management skills

Role Duties Include:

- This is full time role (around 40 hours per week) with more hours as necessary
- Must be able to work 9am - 5pm EST time zone.
- Provide the highest level of support quickly and without fuss
- These will be irregular hours (Such as US)
