Commission-Based Construction Recruiter Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

We are a US-based construction staffing agency looking for a
confident and persistent cold caller to set appointments with
construction company decision makers across the US.

You will be given:
- A lead list with decision maker names, company, and
phone numbers
- A proven call script that give points you should touch on - you can use your own methods to start and set meetings
- Objection handling guide if needed or you can use your own
- Access to our calendar to book meetings directly

What you'll do:
- Call construction company decsison makers and see if they want candidates for theit open job vacancy.
- Introduce our staffing services and qualify their interest
- Book 15-minute discovery calls directly on our calendar
- Update call tracker daily with status of each lead
- Follow up with leads that need a callback

Requirements:
- Previous cold calling or BPO experience required
- Confident, clear English speaker comfortable on the phone
- Comfortable going off script when needed
- Self motivated and results driven
- Available during US business hours EST or CST
- Stable internet connection and professional setup

Compensation:
$4/hour base
+ $25 per qualified appointment booked
