JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Lead Manager / Sales Virtual Assistant to handle incoming leads, follow up with prospects, and book qualified appointments.

This role is critical to our business. Your job is to ensure no lead is missed and every opportunity is followed up properly.

We are a construction company focused on custom homes, remodels, and development projects.

???? Responsibilities:

Lead Response & Follow-Up
• Respond to all new leads immediately (text, email, CRM)
• Follow up with leads who did not respond
• Maintain consistent communication until the lead is closed or disqualified

Appointment Setting
• Pre-qualify leads (budget, timeline, scope)
• Book qualified appointments directly onto our calendar
• Send confirmations and reminders

CRM Management (GoHighLevel)
• Update pipelines and track lead status
• Ensure all conversations are logged properly
• Move leads through stages (new ? contacted ? booked ? closed)

Sales Support
• Keep leads warm through consistent follow-up
• Help increase show-up rates and conversion rates

? Requirements:
• Strong English communication (written and spoken)
• Experience with sales, lead management, or appointment setting
• Experience using a CRM (GoHighLevel preferred, but not required)
• Fast response time and attention to detail
• Ability to follow up persistently without being pushy

? Bonus (Not Required):
• Experience in construction, real estate, or local service businesses
• Experience with SMS/email automation
• Understanding of sales processes and pipelines

• $5–$8/hour depending on experience
• Performance bonuses for booked and closed deals
