Job Title: Japanese Customer Expert (Bilingual Speaker) - Customer Service Representative
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City (Fraud Account)
Account/ LOB: Fraud Detection
Work Set up & Schedule: Shifting:
Salary Package: 80,000 - 120,000 based candidate work experience

Job Qualifications:

Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N1 or N2, ; open to both native and non-native speakers)
Accepting N3 level with related experience
English proficiency at B2 CEFR level or higher
Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a call center, BPO, or related customer service role
Can read and write Kanji characters
Strong Keigo (??) skills for professional and polite communication in Japanese
Willingness to work onsite
