Part-Time Website & Product Listing Assistant for Luxury Wallpaper Brand (Interior Design / E-Commerce Focus)

I am looking for a part-time assistant to help restructure and elevate my wallpaper website as my business moves into a new high-end direction.

My wallpaper collection is being completely refreshed with a new supplier and a new offering of specialty finishes, including:

sisals

grasscloths

faux suede

faux silk

hessian

metallic finishes

These new finishes will replace my current product range, so I need someone who can help present them beautifully, clearly, and strategically to customers.

WHAT I NEED

I am looking for someone who:

* Is highly confident navigating my website platform and understands what the platform can offer beyond basic listing work

* Can build elegant, efficient, and informative product listings

* Understands how luxury products should be presented online

* Has strong attention to visual detail

* Preferably has experience in interiors, wallpaper, textiles, or interior design-related products

* Can advise me on ways to improve website structure, customer experience, and conversion

* Can think independently and suggest improvements rather than simply follow instructions

IMPORTANT TASKS

Your role will include:

* Replacing existing wallpaper listings with new specialty-finish products

* Writing or refining product descriptions so they feel premium and informative

* Organising collections logically and attractively

* Improving navigation and customer experience

* Advising on how to elevate the overall website presentation

* Helping implement useful features such as a wallpaper calculator plugin similar to the one used by Arte International

Ideal Candidate

You are someone who:

* Has worked with e-commerce product listings before

* Understands visual presentation and customer psychology

* Is comfortable making suggestions

* Notices what looks polished versus what looks amateur

* Communicates clearly in English

* Has initiative and can solve problems without constant supervision

Bonus If You Have Experience With

* Luxury interiors

* Wallpaper or textile businesses

* Product page optimisation

* Plugin installation and website enhancement

* Advising small design brands on digital presentation

Hours / Arrangement

Part-time, ongoing work.
Flexible hours, but reliability matters.
