Product Lister (Fashion Dropshipping)

Hello!
We’re a growing fashion dropshipping business (please only apply if you’ve worked with fashion dropshipping stores — mention this!) and we’re looking for a Product Lister to join our remote team on a long-term basis.
If you have an eye for fashion, understand how to create appealing product listings, and care about quality and detail — we’d love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

Import new fashion products into Shopify

Write clear, appealing product titles and descriptions that fit our brand voice

Optimise listings with correct tags, collections, and variants

Upload and format product images to match brand aesthetics

Ensure accurate pricing, sizing, and stock information

Suggest trending items or bestsellers based on market trends


Requirements:

You must be experienced and able to work efficiently with:

Shopify (mandatory)

DeepL

Google Sheets

ChatGPT

Ability to communicate with suppliers (e.g., for size charts, pricing, and product details)

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience with fashion dropshipping (Shopify preferred)

Fluent in English (written)

Excellent attention to detail — product info must be accurate

Ability to match product tone and imagery to brand style

Organised, proactive, and independent

Available for at least 15 hours/week (more as we grow)

Can start immediately
