WHO WE ARE
Revenue Doctor is a revenue and automation company founded by a physician with executive healthcare leadership and AI strategy experience. We help businesses increase revenue through automation, lead capture, and follow-up systems.

We are building a high-performance outbound team focused on generating qualified opportunities.



THE ROLE
This is a remote outbound sales and appointment setting role.

Your primary responsibility is to:
• reach out to business owners
• qualify prospects
• book qualified calls for our senior closer

You are not responsible for closing deals. Your focus is generating consistent, high-quality pipeline.


WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Conduct outbound outreach (email, SMS, calls, and social) to business owners
• Start conversations and build initial interest
• Qualify prospects using defined criteria
• Book qualified calls on the calendar
• Follow up persistently with leads until they convert or are disqualified
• Track all activity in CRM


DAILY EXPECTATIONS
• 100 to 200 outbound touches per day
• Consistent follow-up on all active conversations
• Minimum daily booking targets (set during onboarding)


REQUIREMENTS
• Strong spoken and written English
• Comfortable communicating with US-based business owners
• Highly disciplined and consistent
• Able to follow scripts and processes closely
• Sales or outreach experience preferred but not required


COMPENSATION
• Base pay (based on experience)
• Pay per qualified call that shows up
• Bonus for deals closed from your booked calls

High performers can earn significantly by generating consistent pipeline.
