About the Role

We are a UK-based short-term rental management company looking for an experienced Short-Term Rental Property Manager to join our team remotely.

This role is the central hub of our operation, responsible for supporting property owners, assisting guests during their stay, and ensuring our properties are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

*Property Owner Liaison*
Acting as the main point of contact for property owners
Answering owner questions and providing operational updates
Maintaining strong, professional relationships with owners
Guest Support

*Supporting guests during their stay*
Responding to guest issues quickly and professionally
Ensuring excellent guest experience and reviews
Property Operations

*Coordinating cleaning and maintenance*
Ensuring properties are presented to high standards
Managing operational issues efficiently

*Required Experience*
- Minimum 3 years experience in the short-term rental / Airbnb industry
- Experience communicating with guests and property owners
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to make decisions independently

*Preferred Experience*
Experience working with UK guests or companies
Experience using Property Management Systems (PMS) or Channel Managers
Experience using PriceLabs or other dynamic pricing tools
