Full-Time YouTube Video Editor (Longform) needed for Faceless Channels

*About the Role*
Salary: $750/month + bonuses for videos that perform well
Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
I run multiple faceless YouTube channels. I handle all the scripts and generate rough video drafts myself. I need someone to take those drafts, review them, and edit them into polished upload-ready videos.
Target output: 8 finished videos per day. - to clarify: the videos are already 80% done - you just need to polish them, fix mistakes, swap footage in some parts and make it more engaging.

*What You'll Do*

Receive rough video drafts fro ---------- daily
Review each video for quality issues (bad footage, awkward cuts, pacing problems)
Replace footage that doesn't fit, fix pacing, adjust cuts
Deliver upload-ready videos consistently every day

*What I'm Looking For*

Experience with video editing (Premiere, DaVinci, or similar)
Good understanding of YouTube retention and storytelling.
Ability to source footage for the videos
Detail-oriented — you catch when something looks off
Basic English (enough to understand the video content and communicate with me)
Able to follow SOPs without constant supervision
Reliable and consistent — 8 videos a day, every day
Responsive — I don't care when you work, but I need fast replies to messages during the week.
