Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (High Call Volume)

We are hiring a high-energy cold caller to contact home service businesses in the United States (HVAC, plumbing, electricians, etc.).

Your job is simple:
Call businesses, ask a short question, and book a 15-minute demo appointment if they show interest.

You are not responsible for selling. Only book appointments.

Example opening:

“Hi Mike — quick question. When your technicians are out on jobs and a new customer calls your business, who usually answers the phone?”

If they show interest, schedule a demo.

Call Expectations

• Minimum 150 calls per shift
• Target 200–250 calls per shift
• Calls are quick (20–45 seconds)
• If voicemail answers, hang up and call the next lead immediately
• Do not leave voicemails

Schedule

• 4 hours per day
• 5 days per week (20 hours total)

Pay

• $4/hour base
• $0.05 per completed call
• $20 bonus for each qualified appointment that attends the meeting

All calls are recorded for quality.
