Commercial & Residential Cleaning Appointment Setter (Remote VA)

We are hiring a reliable cold caller / appointment setter to help us secure high-value cleaning clients (commercial & residential).
Our focus is on fast bookings and deals worth $500+ (one-time or recurring).

Your main job is to find the decision-maker, set the appointment, and pass the lead to me to close.
You will earn 5% commission on any deal I successfully close from your appointment.

$30 per week (trial period)
+ 5% commission on all sales closed from your booked appointments
Weekly payment issued after completed tasks & reporting

Cold call restaurants, homes, gyms, offices, retail, and commercial spaces
Focus on one-time deep cleans or recurring cleaning contracts
Prioritize opportunities worth $500+
Identify and reach decision-makers (owners, managers, property managers)
Set qualified appointments for the founder to close

You must clearly track:
Who you called
Who answered
Decision-maker name
Interest level
Appointment booked

? Requirements
Proven cold calling / appointment setting experience
Clear, confident English speaking voice
Comfortable calling businesses and homeowners
Strong ability to find decision-makers
Consistent daily updates (no disappearing)
Able to follow a script and adapt naturally
