Part-Time Social Media & YouTube Publishing Assistant (Real Estate / Content)

I run a growing real estate media channel and website focused on Cape Coral, Florida. We create home tour videos and publish them across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and our website.
I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage the publishing and posting process. This role is primarily operational and follows a step-by-step system that I will train you on. Please read this whole post before responding.
If you enjoy organized workflows, publishing content, and helping grow social media channels, this may be a great long-term role.
Hours
Part-time?Approximately 4-6 hours per week
Flexible schedule once trained.
Responsibilities
Each time a new video is ready, you will:
• Upload the video to YouTube?• Add title, description, tags, and thumbnail?• Schedule the video?• Create a home tour blog page on our WordPress website?• Generate tracking links (UTM links)?• Create short links using Pretty Links?• Post short clips to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels?• Add links to our tracking spreadsheet?• Occasionally respond to simple comments
I will provide a clear SOP and examples for every step.

YouTube Studio?WordPress?Google Sheets?TikTok?Instagram???Facebook?Pretty Links (WordPress plugin)
You do NOT need to be an expert in these tools. I will train the process.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Experience uploading YouTube videos?Basic understanding of social media scheduling?WordPress experience?Interest in real estate or YouTube channels
Compensation
$5–$7 per hour depending on experience.
Opportunity to grow hours as the channel expands.
