Remote Team Coach

Job Summary:
The Remote Team Coach is responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of Virtual Assistants (VAs) to ensure high-quality performance, adherence to established processes, and continuous professional development. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership experience—preferably in a BPO or remote work environment—and has a proven ability to coach teams, implement effective processes, and drive overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

*Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Virtual Assistants to maximize productivity and performance.
*Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
*Develop and implement training programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance improvement plans.
*Monitor team KPIs to ensure targets, service standards, and deadlines are consistently achieved.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, operational challenges, and performance-related concerns.
*Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive remote work environment.

Requirements:

*Minimum of 2-3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a BPO or remote team environment.
*Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing teams.
*Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
*Proven ability to implement processes, drive productivity, and maintain team accountability.
*Comfortable working during U.S. business hours and managing remote teams across different time zones.
