Who We Are
Fulcrum Fractional is a fractional COO/CMO firm founded by Mark Skalla - Amazon Best-Selling author of The Leverage Point and advisor to founder-led companies between $2M and $15M in revenue.
We help founders remove chaos, build systems, and scale without burning out. Our content machine publishes daily across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and
This is not a beginner role. We move fast, standards are high, and we expect someone who takes ownership of their work without constant supervision.
The Role
You will be the engine behind our weekly content publishing operation. Every Monday you will load the week's social media queue into Go High Level (GHL). Throughout the week you will produce graphics, draft blog posts, write YouTube descriptions, and build carousels - all from content briefs and templates we provide.
Mark films the videos and makes the strategic decisions. You execute everything downstream. When this role is working well, Mark's weekly content time drops to under an hour.
What You Will Do
Weekly Scheduling (Monday - approx 3 hrs)
• Read the weekly content schedule from Google Sheets
• Match clip codes to the correct video assets in GHL Media Library
• Copy platform-specific post copy from the content library
• Schedule all posts in GHL Social Planner with correct dates, times, and platform assignments
• Review the queue before submitting for Mark's final approval
Graphic Production (ongoing)
• Produce quote graphics from approved pull quotes using Canva templates
• Build carousels (7-slide structure) from video script frameworks
• Produce book excerpt graphics for weekly LinkedIn and Instagram posts
• All graphics use pre-built Canva brand templates - no design experience required
Written Content (ongoing)
• Produce first-draft blog posts from video transcripts (1,000–1,500 words)
• Write full YouTube descriptions (up to 5,000 characters) including timestamps, keyword-rich summaries, and CTA links
• Reformat approved blog posts as LinkedIn articles for weekly publishing
Ongoing Admin
• Maintain content library in Google Sheets - add new clips, update clip codes, flag scheduling gaps
• Flag any issues, errors, or blockers to Mark via Slack or
• Complete the production checklist on each Content Brief doc after every video

What to Expect From Us
Clear systems You will receive a detailed SOP, content briefs for every video, approved Canva templates, and a structured Google Sheet. You will not be guessing what to do.
Consistent work 15–20 hours per week, ongoing. This is not a one-project gig. We are building something long-term.
Async-first Most work is completed independently. Daily Slack check-in expected. 1–2 hours of overlap with Mountain Time (US) mornings required for questions and handoffs.
Weekly check-in 30-minute video call once per week to review the queue, address questions, and align on priorities.
Fair compensation $10–$12 per hour based on experience. Paid weekly via Onlinejobs.ph or direct transfer. Rate reviewed after 90 days.
Growth potential As we add content formats and the operation scales, hours and responsibilities will grow with it. We promote from within.
How Hiring Works
We do not hire from applications alone. Here is the process:
Step 1 Apply with a short cover message
Tell us: (1) your GHL Social Planner experience, (2) the types of content you have scheduled before, and (3) why this role fits your skills. Include the phrase "Systems First" at the top of your message so we know you read this posting.
Step 2 Paid trial task (2–3 hours, $25 flat fee)
Shortlisted applicants complete a real scheduling task in GHL using sample content we provide. This simulates exactly what Monday mornings will look like. We pay for your time regardless of outcome.
Step 3 15-minute video call
A short conversation with Mark to confirm fit, answer your questions, and align on start date.
Please Do Not Apply If...
You are applying to many jobs at once and sending a generic message. We read every application. Generic messages go straight to the archive.
You have never used Go High Level Social Planner. This is not a role where we can train the core tool from scratch.
You need daily task assignment. This role requires self-management from a checklist and proactive communication when things are unclear.
