Best Telemarketing Job you will ever have :)

Hello there! I am looking for a hard working individual that shows up on time to make a great addition to my already established telemarketing team. Before you read this post you will need to have these following items.
1. A Computer
2. Good Internet
3. A "USB" head set that works well.
4. VERY good English speaking skills :) This is needed for interaction with the seniors we talk to on a daily basis!
5. CONFIDENCE :) You have to be able to talk to angry, sad, happy and super nice people. You never know what you’re going to get but you have to be ready! Just be able to work hard and move on!

Thats it!! If you have the following I will be able to provide the rest of the information and software you need :) As far as the job goes its very simple. Our agency provides assistance to seniors here in the USA and try to help them lower down their rates on their Medicare health insurance rates. Your job will be to "cold call" them and simply ask and try to figure out what plans they have to see if we can even help them in the first place. If you feel its a qualified lead, you refer them to me and I will take over from there. That's literally it! It is very easy and doesn't take more than a month to get a really good hang of it. :) As far as the hours go they work like this. You have to work mandatory 4 hours a day Monday through Friday. ( Which is Tuesday through Saturday in the Philippians) And it has to be from 4pm to 8pm USA Eastern time. ( Which is from 4am to 8am your time :) you have the option to work any additional 4 hours before that shift starts so you can easy make this a full time job or part time job by your needs whether you want to work 8hours a day or 4 hours :) Pay starts off at $3 dollars an hour. You also will get a $15 dollar bonus per lead you give me that turns into a sale. After working for me for only one MONTH your pay will increase to $3.50 an hour. After 6 MONTHS your pay will increase to $4 dollars an hour and remember that includes bonuses!!!!!! :) Just so you know as well I pay every 2 weeks through PayPal on every Wednesday!! And thats pretty much it! I have always been told I am a very fun and an awesome employer so you don't need to worry about having a jerk boss and I will provide you with all the training and you can ask me a thousand questions and I will always answer them all :) Our agency has been going for over 25 years!
