About Us:
We run a men's fashion DTC brand selling to the US market via Shopify.
We need someone experienced in Meta Ads Manager to handle the operational side of our ad account, uploading creatives, building campaigns setting up, launching, and reporting.
What You'll Do:
Upload 50–100 new ad creatives per week into Meta Ads Manager
Build campaigns, ad sets, and ads following our naming conventions and structure (we will train you on our specific system)
Set up A/B tests as directed
Ensure correct targeting, placements, and budget settings on every campaign
Launch ads on schedule with no delays.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience inside Meta Ads Manager (not boosting posts, actual campaign building with CBO, ABO, ASC, Advantage+)
Experience uploading and managing high volumes of ad creatives (not 5 ads/week — 50+)
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and computer
Responsive on Slack during working hours
Good written English
