Remote Registered Nurse (UK experience is a plus)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Registered Nurse to join our UK Clinical Team.

This is a 100% remote role focused on clinical quality, documentation, and auditing—not direct patient care.


Clinical Documentation & Processes

Turn clinical policies into clear step-by-step procedures

Create simple training guides and presentations

Quality Assurance

Review MAR charts and daily care records

Identify and track documentation errors

Ensure compliance with UK standards (NMC & NICE)

Clinical Support

Assist with care plans and risk assessments

Deliver online training sessions

Track clinical trends using Excel

On-Call

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (including weekends)


Requirements:
Registered Nurse (PRC licensed)

3–5 years clinical experience (ICU, ER, Neuro, or similar)

Strong English communication (written & verbal)

Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel

High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Willing to learn UK clinical standards (NMC/NICE)
