Virtual Assistant – Business Loan / MCA Lead Follow-Up (US Market)

We are a fast-growing business financing company looking for a highly responsive Virtual Assistant to help manage incoming merchant leads and open deal files.

You will be working with highly competitive financing leads from platforms like ---------- and LendingTree, where multiple lenders contact the same merchant. Because of this, speed and follow-up are extremely important.

Your role is to quickly contact merchants, collect documents, and prepare files for underwriting so our team can close more deals.

Responsibilities

Immediately follow up with new merchant leads

Send emails, text messages, and reminders

Request required documents:

Last 3 months bank statements

Driver’s license / ID

Voided business check

Organize deal files for underwriting review

Update CRM and spreadsheets

Track each lead’s status and document progress

Follow up with merchants multiple times until documents are received

Ensure applications are completed quickly

Requirements

Excellent written English

Very responsive (must reply quickly during work hours)

Strong organization and attention to detail

Comfortable sending follow-ups and reminders

Able to work during U.S. business hours

Experience using CRMs, Google Sheets, and email tools

Bonus (Not Required but Helpful)

Experience with Merchant Cash Advance (MCA)

Experience with business loans or financial services

Experience with lead management or document collection

Compensation

$3–$6 per hour depending on experience

Performance bonuses available
