Google Ads & Local Service Ads Specialist for Home Service Business

Are you highly experienced in managing Google Ads and Local Service Ads for home service businesses?
We are a window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and exterior cleaning company based in the Oklahoma City metro. We are not an agency. We are a growing service business and every advertising dollar matters.
We are looking for someone sharp, disciplined, and detail oriented to manage and optimize our Google PPC and LSA accounts.
We are not looking for a set it and forget it manager.
We need someone who understands how to:
• Lower cost per booked job
• Improve lead quality by targeting better zip codes and neighborhoods
• Optimize search terms weekly
• Build and maintain strong negative keyword lists
• Allocate budget properly between PPC and LSA
• Aggressively dispute bad LSA leads
• Track performance based on real booked jobs, not vanity metrics
We do not have access to modify our website, so your focus will strictly be Google Ads and LSA optimization. Most of our conversions happen by phone, so you must be comfortable optimizing campaigns based on call data and booked job numbers that we provide.
Our goal is not volume at any cost. Our goal is profitable, high quality leads in strong neighborhoods.
This is a long term, part time position. We are looking for someone who treats ad spend like it is their own money.
