Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled GHL Specialist to manage and optimize our CRM, automations, and lead management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Go High Level (GHL), CRM automation, and cloud-based AI tools to streamline customer engagement, improve lead nurturing, and maximize appointment conversions. This role will focus on building automated workflows, managing pipelines, optimizing lead responses, and supporting the sales team through efficient system management.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Automation Management
Manage and maintain the Go High Level (GHL) CRM to ensure accurate and organized customer data.
Build and optimize workflows, follow-up sequences, pipelines, and automation systems.
Implement tagging, segmentation, and automated reminders to nurture leads.
Integrate funnels, forms, calendars, and third-party tools within the CRM ecosystem.
Monitor lead routing and response times to improve customer engagement and conversion.
AI & Cloud Tools Implementation
Utilize cloud-based AI tools to improve marketing automation, lead qualification, and customer engagement.
Implement AI-driven workflows for lead follow-up, messaging automation, and campaign optimization.
Support the integration of AI tools with CRM systems to improve efficiency and performance tracking.
Lead & Pipeline Management
Manage inbound leads and ensure they are properly routed within the CRM pipeline.
Track appointment bookings, lead progress, and engagement metrics.
Optimize automation sequences to increase response rates and conversions.
Operational Support
Maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and CRM performance tracking.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows to prevent errors or missed follow-ups.
Support the team with CRM updates, campaign tracking, and system improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience using Go High Level (GHL).
Experience building CRM automations, pipelines, and customer journeys.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI tools and AI-powered marketing automation.
Experience with funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, and integrations.
Strong understanding of lead management and CRM optimization.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple automation workflows.
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
