Our clients are primarily companies based in the United States and Australia, and we help them design scalable systems that improve how teams collaborate, manage projects, and execute work.

We are looking for a Process Automation & Systems Specialist who can analyze business workflows, design efficient systems, and implement automation that eliminates manual work and improves operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Design and implement automated workflows and system integrations
Configure and customize work management and productivity platforms
Build automation using tools such as:
- Zapier
- Make (Integromat)
- API integrations and webhooks
Develop scalable operational systems for teams and departments
Document workflows, system architecture, and SOPs
Collaborate with internal teams to implement automation solutions for clients
Test, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in process automation, workflow design, or systems implementation
Strong understanding of project management principles and operational workflows
Experience with automation platforms such as:
- Zapier
- Make (Integromat)
- API integrations
- Webhooks
Ability to analyze business processes and design efficient system workflows
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Excellent documentation and process mapping skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience with work management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday, Asana, or Airtable
Experience with AI workflow automation
Experience with systems architecture or enterprise-level system integrations
Experience supporting international clients
