Ditec Solutions has an immediate opening for an experienced, highly detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist. Our approach to customer service puts equal value on prompt response times and careful, thoughtful decisions made with each customer contact.

Ditec Solutions is a dynamic e-commerce business selling electronics and household products in multiple marketplaces. We have a keen focus on customer happiness, engagement and new product development.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
-Email customer service
-Technical product diagnosis
-Package tracking and order updating
-Inventory maintenance and managing order fulfillment
-Facebook management and response
-Instagram growth

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
-Opening feedback removal cases with seller support
-As needed Amazon and other administrative tasks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
-Native level written English
-Reliable internet connection
-Open schedule (customer service inquiries must be responded to within 24 hours which will require a small amount of time on weekends)
-Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central
-Experience with CRMs
-Social Media experience

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
-Ebay experience
-Shopify experience
-Graphic design/image editing experience
-Video editing experience

Brand specific training will be provided. Applicants with ecommerce experience that goes above and beyond what's required for this job will be considered with the opportunity for growth and additional pay.
