About the Role
As a Payout Specialist at Bulldog Adjusters, you will play a key role in our Payouts Department, ensuring smooth processing of client insurance claim payments. You’ll communicate with clients and mortgage companies, track checks, and manage endorsement and delivery procedures — helping our clients receive their funds quickly and accurately.

Duties & Responsibilities
Communicate proactively with clients via calls, emails, and messages.
Track, locate, and process checks efficiently.
Contact mortgage companies for endorsement instructions when needed.
Manage document preparation, FedEx label creation, and shipment tracking.
Update all information accurately in our CRM.
Collaborate with management on process improvement and reporting.


Qualifications
Excellent written and spoken English (Spanish is a plus).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Organized, reliable, and able to follow detailed procedures.
Must be comfortable using CRM systems and managing multiple tasks.
Available to work during U.S. business hours (EST).
