Groupe Tourbee Inc. is a decade-old short-term rental management company operating Airbnb and furnished rental properties across multiple cities. We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks knowledge and familiarity with short-term rental operations.
The ideal candidate understands the unique accounting structure of Airbnb management businesses, including owner payouts, platform fees, cleaning costs, and multi-property tracking.

Responsibilities
• Maintain and update company books in QuickBooks
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment platforms
• Record and categorize Airbnb, VRBO, and direct booking revenue
• Track and reconcile owner payouts and management fees
• Record operating expenses including cleaning, maintenance, utilities, and supplies
• Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations
• Assist with tax preparation by organizing financial records
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails
• Work closely with management to improve financial processes

Requirements
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
• Previous bookkeeping experience for Airbnb / property management / hospitality businesses
• Understanding of short-term rental revenue structures
• Experience reconciling platform payouts (Airbnb, Stripe, etc.)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with property management systems (Hostaway, Guesty, etc.)
• Familiarity with Canadian accounting standards
• Experience handling multi-property portfolios
