The Role
As a Contract Administrator, you will hold a key position in our project team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of contracts, ensuring financial accuracy through variation management and progress claims, and providing critical support to our Project Managers and Estimators.
Key Responsibilities
**Review, interpret, and administer head contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements.
**Manage variations, monthly progress claims, payment schedules, and three-way match purchase order processing.
**Work closely with Project Managers on cost tracking, forecasting, and the preparation of variation submissions.
**Track contract milestones and deliverables while maintaining accurate records of all contractual correspondence.
**Assist the Estimating team with tendering and bid submissions to support future growth.
Skills & Experience
**Proven background in contract administration roles, within the HVAC or mechanical services industry.
**Competent in using modern software and apps with a high level of attention to detail.
**A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
**Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
