Looking for a GFX artist for creatives ( anime/streetwear/fashion)

We’re looking for a creative graphic designer to produce high-converting ecommerce ad creatives and banners for fashion, streetwear, and lifestyle brands. Our target audience is a younger demographic, so we’re looking for someone familiar with anime, streetwear culture, cartoons, vibrant color palettes, and alternative design styles.

You’ll work with our marketing team to create bold, eye-catching ad creatives that perform well in paid ads. We’ve attached a folder of example banners and creatives that reflect the style we’re looking for. If you apply, please include portfolio examples similar to these.

Requirements
Experience creating ecommerce ad creatives/banners
Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere
Ability to build custom creatives from scratch
Understanding of branding and marketing psychology
Ability to deliver clean, ad-ready assets quickly

Important: We are not looking for designers who heavily rely on AI. We want someone who can design and optimize creatives.

Bonus
