B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (US Staffing Company)

We are a growing US-based staffing company that provides workers to manufacturing plants, food processing facilities, farms, and warehouses across the United States.

We are looking for a full-time outbound cold caller who is comfortable making a high volume of calls and booking meetings with potential clients.

Your role will be to identify companies that may need workers and schedule a short introductory call with our founder.

This is not a hard sales role. Your job is simply to start conversations and book meetings.

Responsibilities

• Research companies (manufacturing plants, warehouses, farms, food processing facilities)
• Build a simple lead list in Google Sheets
• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in the United States
• Ask if they need temporary labor support
• Schedule meetings with our founder when interest is shown
• Update call notes and outcomes in our tracking sheet

Daily Expectations

• 80–120 outbound calls per day
• Build lead lists for new prospects
• Speak with plant managers, operations managers, or HR managers
• Book meetings when companies express interest

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English
• Comfortable making 80–120 calls per day
• Previous experience in cold calling or appointment setting
• Confident speaking with business owners and managers
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Strong work ethic and consistency

Compensation

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Competitive monthly salary based on experience
