Generate inbound leads for local home service companies by posting authentic, conversational content in local Facebook groups from the client’s personal profile.

The role focuses on:

Joining groups

Tracking group posting rules

Posting organic content

Responding to comments

Flagging leads

The posts must feel 100% human and local, never robotic or salesy.

Candidate Requirements
1. Equipment Requirements

Candidates must have:

Personal laptop or desktop computer

iPhone or iOS device (required for Facebook reliability)

Stable internet connection

Ability to run multiple Chrome tabs

Google Sheets access

2. English Communication

Candidate must have:

Strong conversational English

Ability to write posts that sound natural and human

Ability to respond to comments politely and professionally

Understanding of casual American tone

Bad:

Hello valued community members we offer premium window cleaning services.

Good:

Hey everyone! Just finished cleaning windows in Seaside today and they turned out amazing. If anyone in the area needs help with theirs feel free to message me.
