Sales Virtual Assistant (Full-Time) – Client Experience & Booking Specialist

The Haus Keepers is a growing home services company focused on delivering a premium, concierge-style cleaning experience in Denver, Colorado. We believe great service starts with great communication. Our clients trust us with their homes and our team works hard to ensure every interaction feels thoughtful, professional, and easy.

We are looking for a Sales & Client Experience Virtual Assistant who will become the front-line voice of the company, helping turn new inquiries into booked clients while also coordinating with our cleaning contractors to ensure smooth service.

About the Role
This role focuses on converting leads into bookings while also supporting day-to-day front-end operations. You will communicate with clients and contractors, coordinate schedules, and ensure every service runs smoothly.

We are looking for someone who thrives in communication, understands people and knows how to build trust quickly.

Working Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm MST

Responsibilities

Respond to new client inquiries via phone, SMS, and email
Call new leads and guide them through booking services
Recommend cleaning packages based on client needs
Follow up with potential clients who have not booked yet
Schedule appointments and manage bookings in the system
Communicate with cleaning contractors regarding schedules and job details
Assist with resolving small service issues or questions
Maintain organized notes and communication records
Ensure every interaction reflects a warm, professional client experience

Who We're Looking For

Excellent spoken and written English
Comfortable speaking on the phone with clients
Sales-oriented mindset (comfortable closing bookings)
Emotionally intelligent and able to read client needs
Friendly, warm, and professional communication style
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and manage multiple conversations
Reliable and able to work during US business hours

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

Experience with CRM or booking systems
Experience in home services or service-based businesses
