Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Supplier & Client Research (Live Event Production Industry)

Overview
I operate a small business supplying consumable products used in the live event and production industry (concerts, touring productions, theaters, and AV companies).
I am looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help research suppliers and potential clients and organize the information into a structured database.
This is a long-term part-time role if the work relationship goes well.

Responsibilities
1. Supplier Research
Find manufacturers and distributors for products such as:
* gaffer tape
* cable ties / zip ties
* lens cleaning wipes
* permanent markers
* other small consumable products used by production crews
Collect the following information:
* company name
* website
* contact email
* products offered
* minimum order quantities (if available)
* wholesale pricing (if available)
* whether the supplier supports direct-to-customer shipping (drop shipping)

2. Client Research
Build a list of companies that regularly purchase these types of supplies, including:
* event production companies
* lighting rental companies
* AV companies
* theaters
* touring production vendors
* production service providers
For each company gather:
* company name
* website
* city/location
* contact email
* phone number (if available)

Organization
All information will be organized in Google Sheets with clearly labeled columns.

Requirements
* Strong internet research skills
* Good written English
* Organized and detail oriented
* Comfortable sending professional emails
Experience with lead generation, supplier sourcing, or research is helpful but not required.
