We're a growing HubSpot Partner Agency based in Auckland, New Zealand, working with a range of clients across the APAC region. We're passionate about delivering high-quality HubSpot implementations and helping our clients get the most out of their CRM, marketing, and sales tools. As we grow, we're expanding our remote team and looking for a skilled HubSpot specialist to join us.

THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented HubSpot Specialist to support our team in delivering exceptional work for our clients. You'll be working directly with our Auckland team on a range of HubSpot portals — building automations, configuring custom properties and views, and helping keep client systems clean, efficient, and scalable.

This role starts at 20 hours per week with strong potential to grow into a full-time position for the right person.

WORKING HOURS

• 7:00am – 3:00pm (your local time), Monday to Friday
• 20 hours per week to start
• Must be able to attend regular team check-ins during these hours

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Building and managing HubSpot automations (workflows, sequences, lifecycle stage logic)
• Creating and configuring custom properties, custom views, and pipeline structures across Hubs
• Supporting CRM hygiene — data clean-up, list segmentation, and contact management
• Assisting with onboarding new clients into HubSpot portals
• Collaborating with the Auckland team via Asana to manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines
• Documenting processes and building SOPs for client portal configurations
• Troubleshooting HubSpot issues and providing solutions in a timely manner
• Contributing ideas to improve how we deliver HubSpot work for clients

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential:
• 3–4+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
• Strong proficiency in HubSpot automations — workflows, sequences, and advanced logic
• Proven ability to build custom properties, views, and pipeline configurations
• At least one active HubSpot certification (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS, or Solutions Partner)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively

Highly Desirable:
• Experience using Asana for project and task management
• Familiarity with working across multiple client HubSpot portals simultaneously
• Experience with HubSpot reporting and custom dashboards
• Understanding of sales and marketing processes in a B2B context
• Prior experience working with or for a HubSpot Partner Agency

COMPENSATION

• Up to NZD $30 per hour, depending on experience and skills
• This is an above-market rate — we invest in quality people
