Georges Caps is a handmade cap brand serving customers across the world. We take pride in delivering quality products and an even better customer experience. We're looking for a reliable, warm, and detail-oriented person to help us take care of our customers.
The Role
This is a part-time remote position, roughly 2–4 hours per day. You'll be the voice of Georges Caps, making sure every customer feels heard, helped, and happy — especially when things don't go as planned.
What You'll Be Doing
Responding to customer
Handling unhappy or frustrated customers with patience and empathy
Tracking orders and giving customers clear, honest updates
Processing refunds and partial refunds following our internal guidelines
Escalating issues when needed and keeping records organised
What We're Looking For
Excellent written English — you should be able to write naturally and warmly, not just copy-paste templates
Experience handling customer complaints or difficult conversations
Someone reliable who meets deadlines without needing to be chased
Comfortable working independently and making judgment calls
Prior e-commerce or Shopify experience is a big plus
Experience with Gmail or Helpdesk tools (e.g. Gorgias, Freshdesk) is a bonus
