Ecommerce Data & Reporting Assistant (Amazon)

We are looking for a very detail-oriented person with data analysis skills to help our team track and organize ecommerce data for Amazon brands.

This role is for someone who enjoys working with numbers, spreadsheets, and keeping data clean and accurate.

You will work closely with our operations manager and help maintain the systems behind our client reporting.

Main tasks

• Maintain and update spreadsheets with Amazon sales and product data
• Track pricing, bundles, and product experiments
• Keep data clean, organized, and accurate
• Prepare simple weekly reports for internal meetings
• Help keep dashboards and trackers updated

Requirements

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Experience tracking and analyzing Amazon sales data (required)
• Able to spot errors or inconsistencies in numbers
• Good written English

This is a long-term full-time role with an opportunity to grow.
