Graphic Designer & AI Video Creator + Editor

AI Graphic Designer & Video Creator (Part ---------- -Time, 20h/week+)
We are a fast-growing European food brand looking for a talented AI-native graphic designer who can produce scroll-stopping ad creatives, AI-generated videos, and social media content at high velocity - while following our brand SOPs and creative direction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design high-converting static and animated visuals for Meta Ads & TikTok Ads (multiple formats, hooks, angles)
Generate organic AI videos following our internal SOPs using tools like Runway, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, or similar
Edit and assemble final videos (cuts, transitions, text overlays, sound/music sync) using CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci
Create Instagram/TikTok posts, stories, reels covers, and carousels
Integrate real product photos into AI-generated scenes with professional retouching
Follow brand guidelines, color palette, typography, and tone across all deliverables
Produce multiple variations quickly, iterate based on feedback, maintain fast turnaround

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Flux, Leonardo, or similar)
Proven experience with AI video generation tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, or similar)
Solid video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci) — cuts, transitions, text overlays, sound sync
Strong skills in Canva Pro, Photoshop, or Figma for post-production and layout
Understanding of direct-response ad creative (hooks, pain points, CTAs)
Strong visual creativity with a sense of what goes viral — especially in food/lifestyle content on TikTok and Instagram
Fluent in English
Reliable internet, available for async communication.

COMPENSATION
$5/hour starting rate — negotiable based on your portfolio quality, skills, and experience. We're looking for a top-tier profile and we're willing to pay for it. Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the brand scales.
