About PropertyLenz
PropertyLenz is a US-based SaaS app that helps independent landlords and property managers document property condition at move-in and move-out. It generates timestamped inspection reports in minutes — protecting landlords in deposit disputes and saving them thousands in court.

We are an early-stage startup. You would be our first marketing hire. The founder works full-time in another role and needs someone reliable to execute a clear, documented marketing playbook independently.


What You Will Be Doing
This is an execution role, not a strategy role. You will be given a detailed playbook with post templates, outreach scripts, community guidelines, and a weekly schedule. Your job is to follow it consistently and report results every Friday.

Daily tasks
Post helpful content in US landlord Facebook groups (2–3 posts per week, across groups)
Reply to comments and community posts where people mention tenant disputes, deposit problems, or inspections
Post on LinkedIn 2x per week using provided templates
Monitor and reply in Reddit communities (r/landlord, r/realestate, r/PropertyManagement)
Send 5 cold outreach emails per day to small property management companies using provided templates
Follow up with non-responders after 5 days
Schedule all posts using Buffer

Weekly tasks
Write a short Friday report covering posts published, engagement, outreach sent, and what worked
Use AI tools (Claude or ChatGPT) to vary post wording so content does not look repetitive


What We Are Looking For
IMPORTANT
We care more about reliability and attention to detail than experience. If you follow instructions carefully and show up every day, you will be great at this job.


Must have
Comfortable using ChatGPT or Claude to write and improve content
Strong written English — posts must sound like a real person, not a bot
Experience posting in Facebook groups or managing social media accounts
Organised and self-directed — you will work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable internet and available during overlapping hours with US Central Time (even a few hours)

Nice to have
Experience with Buffer or a social scheduling tool
Familiarity with Reddit communities
Any background in real estate, property management, or SaaS products
Experience with cold email outreach
