JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based e-commerce company with 3 active brands in health, wellness, and beauty — with a 4th brand launching this year. We sell on Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. We need a Brand Manager + Strategist who can do two things: run day-to-day operations across all brands AND think strategically — developing new products, building brand identities, and creating growth plans that actually move the needle.

This is a real leadership role. You report directly to the owner. We want someone who thinks like a brand builder, not just a task manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Brand Strategy & Product Development:
- Research market trends and identify new product opportunities in our niches
- Analyze competitors on Amazon and TikTok to find gaps we can win
- Build go-to-market launch plans for new products from concept to live listing
- Propose new product ideas with supporting research and reasoning
- Help define content strategy for each brand — what to create, for whom, and why

Brand Coordination & Operations:
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules across all 3-4 brands
- Ensure all content stays on brand across TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, and Shopify
- Coordinate the video editor, graphic designer, listings VA, and web developer
- Track deadlines and deliverables — follow up without being asked
- Report weekly to the business owner with clear updates and strategic recommendations

TikTok Shop & Social Media:
- Oversee TikTok Shop setup, product listings, and day-to-day management
- Recruit and manage TikTok affiliate creators to promote products
- Monitor social performance and identify what content is driving sales
- Stay on top of TikTok trends relevant to health, beauty, and wellness

Systems & Team Management:
- Build SOPs so the team can work independently
- Set up and manage ClickUp for task tracking across all brands
- Handle day-to-day operations and customer escalations
- Support Shopify store updates and Amazon listing coordination

YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THESE:
- Experience managing multiple e-commerce brands or clients simultaneously
- Proven ability to develop brand strategy — not just execute tasks
- TikTok Shop experience — setup, listings, and affiliate recruitment
- Strong research skills — market analysis, competitor research, product opportunities
- Amazon Seller Central or Shopify experience (must know at least one)
- Excellent written English — reports, briefs, and strategic recommendations
- Self-starter — you bring ideas and solutions without being asked
- Available for partial overlap with US Eastern Time

NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience launching new products on Amazon from scratch
- Klaviyo or email marketing experience
- AI tools experience — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity for research
- Basic Canva or graphic design skills
- Health, beauty, or supplement brand experience
- Experience writing product briefs or brand guidelines

Based on what you see in our 3 brands and their niches, suggest ONE new product we should consider launching. What is it, who is the target customer, and why would it sell? Show your thinking — not just the idea.

QUESTION 4 — TIKTOK CONTENT STRATEGY:
Give us ONE specific TikTok content idea for Regenvity NAD+ that would perform well with the 45+ active adult audience. Describe the scene, the hook (first 3 seconds), and why it works for this specific customer.
