Appointment Setter for US IT Services Company (B2B Outbound)

We are a US-based IT services company that has been in business for 24 years and works with small and mid-size businesses.

We are looking for an outbound caller who can contact businesses and schedule appointments for our technical consultants.

Your job is NOT to sell IT services — only to schedule meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Call business owners and office managers
• Follow a simple call script
• Schedule discovery calls on our calendar
• Track activity in CRM
• 80–120 dials per day

Requirements:

• Excellent English speaking ability
• Friendly phone presence
• Experience with cold calling or appointment setting
• Reliable internet connection

Compensation:

• $7–9/hour depending on experience
• performance bonus per booked meeting
