Virtual Assistant – Google Dropshipping (Shopify | Product Listing | Customer Service)

We run a Google dropshipping e-commerce business and are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join us from the ground up. We're in the launch phase — there's serious work from day one, and we want someone who is reliable, fast, and takes ownership.

The Role:

Your core responsibilities will include:

- List and optimize products on Shopify (titles, SEO titles, descriptions, pricing, images)
- Process and track customer orders
- Handle customer inquiries via email professionally and promptly
- Communicate and coordinate with Chinese suppliers via WhatsApp
- Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets
- General VA tasks — supporting the team with whatever is needed at that ---------- nt

We're a small, hands-on team. Some days that means focused product listing, other days it means jumping in wherever the business needs you. Flexibility and a can-do attitude are essential.

Software You'll Use Daily:

- Shopify
- Google Sheets / Excel
- Gmail
- WhatsApp (supplier & team communication)
- ChatGPT and Claude (occasionally Higgsfield for specific tasks — primarily Nano Banana Pro)
- Photoroom

You must have hands-on experience with the core tools. You will be asked to demonstrate this during the interview.
Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a VA in e-commerce or dropshipping
- You have worked with SOPs before and know how to follow them precisely
- Strong written English communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with Chinese suppliers
- Fast, reliable internet connection
- Quiet, professional workspace — no background noise

We provide clear SOPs for all processes — but we expect you to hit the ground running. This is not a role where we teach you the basics. You should already understand how e-commerce and dropshipping works.
