Social Media Clip Editor Needed (Short Form Content)

Good Credit Now 101 University is hiring a Clip Repurposing Editor to turn our archive of videos into short viral clips for social media.
We have a large library of video content that needs to be converted into short form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
This role is focused on speed, simplicity, and volume.
Responsibilities
• Watch long videos and identify strong ---------- nts
• Turn long videos into multiple short clips
• Add captions to videos
• Add simple zoom cuts when needed
• Add text hooks to increase engagement
• Export vertical videos for social media
Editing Style
We are NOT looking for complicated editing.
Videos should be:
• simple
• clear
• captioned
• engaging
Our goal is high volume content, not cinematic edits.
Daily Expectations
• Create 15–30 clips per day from our video archive
• Deliver clips ready for social media posting
• Follow hook formats and content guidelines
Pay
• Starting Pay: $3 per hour
• After 2 weeks of strong performance, pay increases to $4 per hour
Top performers may grow into long term editing roles inside the company.
Requirements
Experience with:
• CapCut
• Adobe Premiere
• Final Cut
• Short form video editing
• caption editing
Must understand TikTok / Reels style content.
