JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We’re building a meaningful community for women focused on growth, embodiment, and leadership.
You’ll be the hands-on operator who keeps the community running smoothly, manages content, supports social media and YouTube, and ensures every member feels seen and supported.

This is a founding team role — you’ll be helping to shape and grow a thriving ecosystem alongside Nichole, a mentor, author, and podcast host.

*Key Responsibilities:
Skool Management (Skool experience is a MUST):
Set up and manage community tiers, modules, and member access
Organize workflows, schedules, and resources
Audio & Video Management:
Upload, organize, and lightly edit weekly audio content and calls
Maintain backups and transcripts
Community Engagement:
Moderate discussions in a warm, supportive way
Collect and organize member-submitted Q&A questions for weekly calls
Social Media & YouTube Support:
Schedule and post content across social platforms
Upload, organize, and optimize YouTube videos
Repurpose audio/video content for social media clips
Operations & Admin Support:
Schedule weekly calls and reminders
Manage member onboarding
Organize files, worksheets, and resources

*Requirements:
Skool experience is a MUST
Comfortable with audio/video workflows
Familiarity with social media platforms and YouTube basics
Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
Excellent authentic communication skills (no AI-assisted messaging)
Aligned with the mission, values, and energy of building a high-impact women’s community

*Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Zoom, Calendly, or email automation
Basic content creation (graphics, posts, IG stories)
Experience in wellness, coaching, or online learning communities
