We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a U.S.-based Executive Director in both personal administration and Christian ministry operations.

You will help manage both personal and ministry-related administrative responsibilities. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.
Key responsibilities
• Manage and organize
• Draft professional
• Manage calendar and scheduling
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups
• Assist with travel planning and itineraries
• Conduct online research and organize findings
• Update and maintain CRM records
• Track action items and reminders
• Organize documents and simple workflows
• Help follow up with contacts, partners, and donors
Required qualifications
• Excellent written English
• Strong organizational ability
• High attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or virtual assistant
• Experience with Google Workspace or similar tools
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
Strongly preferred
• Experience supporting a nonprofit, church, ministry, founder, or executive
• Experience with donor or contact databases
• Experience with calendar and inbox management
• Familiarity with Bloomerang CRM is a plus, but not required
Hours
Initially part-time.
Some overlap with U.S. Central Time is required.
Open to either hourly as-needed work or a more consistent schedule for the right candidate.
Compensation
