Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

Salary: ?30,000 – ?60,000 per month + performance bonuses

We are looking for motivated and confident cold callers in the Philippines to set appointments with small businesses in the United States.

Your role is simple:
Call business owners and schedule appointments for our website design team.

You are not responsible for closing sales — only booking qualified appointments.

Responsibilities

• Call US businesses using our dialer
• Follow a simple script
• Speak clearly and confidently in English
• Set appointments when business owners show interest
• Log calls and notes in our CRM

Requirements

• Strong spoken English
• Confident phone presence
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet work environment
• Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience is a plus

Compensation

• Base pay: ?20,000 – ?60,000 per month depending on experience
• Performance bonuses for appointments set
